It’s barely past 1pm Eastern, here in Central Florida and my fiancé and I made good on this Sunday Funday.
Day thirteen of no HIIT workouts, but the fifth day in the last seven that we’ve been doing walking activities to keep my body moving.
It was the longest walk of the five days and it was the first not in our community and it was at one of my favorite Central Florida parks.
It was hot as heck. It was early in the morning and it was still pushing 90 degrees 🥵
On our way back, we took a selfie in the car and headed to another one of our favorite spots;

Got in a few more points by joining forces with Tom and Jerry to cleanup the primary bathroom while reminiscing and listening to one my favorite music genres: Freestyle
I’m going to wait a few hours before deciding if I go back into an Orangetheory Fitness studio or officially take another 2 weeks off to make sure my leg fully heals.
