Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
Me levanté bastante temprano ya que en mi casa tenemos días pintando. Ayude a pintar la sala de mi casa hasta la 1pm, dónde aproveche para descansar y comer, luego pinte la pared de mi cuarto para ir adelantandolo y en eso se me fue toda la tarde. Al terminar estaba un poco molesto de esta en casa así que me bañe y cambie y me decidí por salir en bici con unos amigos, dimos bastante vueltas y recorrimos varios kilómetros y terminamos yendo a concordia a descansar y luego a comer, comimos en la intercomunal y de aquí volví a casa, dónde aproveche de meter mi mano en agua caliente y fría y hacer los ejercicios de rehabilitación, luego comí algo más y me prepare para dormir, fue un día muy ocupado pero entretenido.
I got up quite early because we are painting at my house. I helped paint the living room until 1 p.m., when I took the opportunity to rest and eat, then I painted the wall of my room to get ahead, and that took up the whole afternoon. When I finished, I was a little annoyed to be at home, so I took a shower, got changed, and decided to go out on my bike with some friends. We rode around for a while and covered several kilometers, and we ended up going to Concordia to rest and then eat. We ate at the Intercomunal, and from there I went home, where I took advantage of the opportunity to put my hand in hot and cold water and do my rehabilitation exercises. Then I ate something else and got ready for bed. It was a very busy but entertaining day.
