Me conseguí un pequeño celular para poder continuar mi actividad aquí, lamentablemente no tiene tan buena definición pero me sirve mucho para contar los pasos, Hoy hice full bicicleta y luego remate en el gym, recién voy llegando a casa peor quiero decir que ya me siento mejor de animo, definitivamente hacer ejercicio es excelente para el alma.
I got myself a small cell phone so I can continue my activity here. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as good a resolution, but it helps me a lot to count my steps. Today I did a lot of cycling and then finished at the gym. I just got home, but I want to say that I already feel better. Exercising is definitely excellent for the soul.
