Hello everyone, my spouse and I bought rice because we had run out, along with some food like fish,hotdogs, tocino, vegetables, and more. We just walked to the market, so my steps going there and back were tracked. It was really tiring, but it was worth it because we also got to exercise our bodies. Even walking around the house doing chores counts, as long as you're holding or carrying your phone.
Today, we reached 11,798 steps
hopefully, we can keep this going!
