gestern waren wir in Wilhelmshaven.
Wilhelmshaven hat um die 77000 Einwohner und hat mit dem Jade Weser Port den größten tideunabhängigen Containerhafen Deutschlands.
Wir haben zunächst das Küstenmuseum besucht, in dem gerade eine Playmobil Sonderausstellung stattfindet. In dieser stellt der Diorama Artist Oliver Schaffer die Stadtgeschichte Wilhelmshavens mit über 5000 Playmobil Figuren dar. Für unseren 8 jährigen Playmobil Fan ein absolutes Highlight.
Anschließend sind wir noch etwas am Bontekai entlanggeschlendert.

yesterday we were in Wilhelmshaven.
Wilhelmshaven has about 77000 inhabitants and has with the Jade Weser Port the largest tide-independent container port in Germany.
We first visited the Coastal Museum, where a Playmobil special exhibition is currently taking place. In this exhibition the diorama artist Oliver Schaffer presents the city history of Wilhelmshaven with more than 5000 Playmobil figures. For our 8 year old Playmobil fan an absolute highlight.
Afterwards we strolled along the Bontekai.
