Taking a walk is a big part of the daily activity I do, but I just can't wake up and start taking a walk. Also, I can't just casually walk the whole day because I still have to do my work and earn a living. Haha.
Thankfully, there are a lot of other activities that can be performed without having to go outdoors. Activities like that are especially helpful on days like today which was preoccupied by rainfall.
It rained for the most part of today and the only moment I had to go out for a walk was this night. The walk barely lasted for 30 minutes, yet I took a cold beating from the drizzles of rainfall.
My Actifit activity count for today just managed to reach the 5k mark. Nonetheless, I still did a couple of sit-ups, and quadrupled the number for my push-ups. I didn't need any equipment for any of those although I downloaded a workout App via an ad on YouTube.
The App turned out to only offer paid workout guide. I would have to check out a free workout App which I will use as a guide to widen the scope of my indoor workout.
Feel free to recommend any workout App that's free and fit for purpose.
