He is talking about his new project which is https://pulsechain.com which just started and has already collected about a half billion dollars for the sacrifice phase of the launch. He also has raised 25 million dollars for https://sens.org which is working to make aging a medically treatable condition.
His first project was HEX and its up something like 1000X. Hex is a time locked account that pays something like 40% a year in addition to the huge rise in the token price. The success of Hex is a reason for Pulsechain's initial excitement.
Pulsechain is a fork of Ethereum just like Hive is a fork of Steem. Whatever you own on Ethereum you will also soon own on Pulsechain.
