This is a screenshot of a thing called the Unisphere taken of my monitor while watching a video about the 1964-65 New York Worlds Fair. This sculpture of Earth was at the center of the fair. My family is from New York and while talking to some older family members today this thing and this fair came up. They told me about the fun they had at the fair, what they saw, and family members who came to visit from out of town to see the fair. It's nice to hear family stories about things that happened a long time ago!
This art of Earth is actually still there and anyone can go and see it. I saw it once when I was in NY. It's pretty big - 140 feet high! That's bigger than most buildings. Have you ever seen the Unisphere or heard about it? Have you been to a Worlds Fair?

My Activity
My activity today was a trip to the store for food shopping followed by a nice walk.I saw a huge full moon just rising and in fact it was behind trees for most of my walk. But when I could se it, it looked amazing!
