So LARP is Live Action Role Play. Today I watched a YouTube Short of 2 women and their Larp fantasy middle age outfits. They were at a place in Canada which is like a theme park for Larp lovers. Everyone dresses up and interacts.

Have you ever done Larp or cosplay? The closest I have come is dressing up for Halloween and for some themed parties over the years.
My activity
today was moving around the office rather than just sitting all day. Its good to get up at least once an hour and move! It gets the blood flowing and keeps you alert and focused when you get back to work.
At night I took a bit longer walk than usual. It was in the mid 60s and very pleasant weather. Half way through my walk I reached some stairs and I climbed a total of 52 stairs. I should be doing ten times more but this is where I am at now. My goal is to get to over 100 stairs climbed in the next month.
