Some people may know the history of Hive but many don't. Hive is a full stack hard fork of Steem. The fork happened 4 years ago. Everything on Steem - the accounts, their token balances and their posts - all got copied to the brand new Hive blockchain.
Before there was Steem, there was Bitshares. Before there was Bitshares there was Larimer. Dan had online discussions with Satoshi Nakamoto at the start of Bitcoin. He had many great ideas which he worked on at Bitshares including the invention of the term DAO and DPoS.

My Activity
was the usual. Daily random moving around to keep the blood flowing, rather than just sitting at my desk all day.
At night I took the same walk I usually take. I have a few different routes and tonight I took the medium length path. It's been a cold and windy day but it was clear and no rain tonight. The crescent moon was out, and will be full again soon.
Have a great weekend! :)
