According to the video description we got "Seeing Red" by Minor Threat 40 summers ago. This very fast very loud song reminds me of crypto lately. Lots of Red candles. This is due to the long holiday weekend in the US combined with election worries and continuing wars. Volume is low when US markets are closed and people are partying and not paying attention. Smaller trades are over proportionally moving crypto markets. Things should start turning green in the coming weeks. HODL!!!!!!!
Back to Minor Threat. In the early 80s Punk had stalled and New Wave dance music and MTV pop rock were taking over. The young punk kids got harder and faster and we had Hardcore. Minor Threat came out of Teen Idles in Washington D.C. They became quite popular among people who like their music to be super fast and aggressive.
Shortly after Hardcore started we got Thrash which was loud and fast but the songs were longer and had manic guitar solos. Maybe I'll post some early Thrash sometime. I like all kinds of music and I post whatever I was listening to on any given day.
Today I was seeing red in crypto charts then saw this video on YouTube and it made sense for it to be in today's actifit post.
My Activity
today was some grocery shopping followed by some jumping around to songs that are loud and fast, like the song Seeing Red featured above. If you want to get some exercise, dance to Minor Threat!
At night I went out for a walk even though it was raining. I was getting soaked and even so I kept on walking and running. This got me to nearly 7K.
How's your Labor Day weekend? Mine isn't too exciting, nothing big happening, and the weather didn't cooperate much. If it is dry tomorrow i thin I'll get wet at the pool.
Happy Monday! :)
