This weekend I was watching AXS on cable TV. They seem to have mainly music programming. I saw a Nirvana concert at the Paramount club in Seattle from 1991 and a Kiss concert from Las Vegas from 2014.
Nirvana was just starting to be super popular in 91 and they were very raw and energetic. I never saw them Live but I'm a fan of some of their stuff. Smells Like Teen Spirit is such a groundbreaking classic. It has nearly 2 BILLION views on YouTube and 13 Million Likes!
Kiss was 40 years into it in 2014 but they actually looked and sounded about the same as they always did. It was a great show by people past retirement age!
This was Kiss in 77 but they looked exactly the same in 14.

My Activity
today was moving around during breaks from programming 
I also went food shopping and took my daily nightly walk. It was a bit chilly and breezy but not bad. I ate a milky way candy bar before my walk to fuel me with sugar. Also sipped a protein and B vitamin shake to help balance the sugar rush.
