Tonight I was out partying like it's 1999. I met up with some of my water volleyball friends at an outdoor venue called the Tree House. It was 80s 90s music night so there was good dance music.
I got pretty animated dancing to Prince's 80s classic hit Let's Go Crazy. Gotta cut loose and get Foot Loose once in a while. Dancing ain't no sin.

My Activity
besides the aforementioned dance venue I attended and participated in, was my daily nightly walk. Dancing around like a maniac energizes me, it doesn't tire me. So I was ready to walk when I got home.
The weather is still very mild for November, mid 60s. I took a medium length walk and that's where my number comes from. I have actifit on an older phone and I did not take that to the event so my frantic dancing didn't rank in my activity number. Might have been twice as high if it did!
