YouTube sent me this video from a group i never heard of, and I'm glad they did.
The band is Bite Me Barbie and the song is Like That. Its a kind of fast ska dance song and 4 girls at a sleep over are dancing to it in the Official Video.
I think they got some of the concept for the video from Disney's Teen Beach Movie, but the plot is a bit harsh. Some nasty revenge against a guy is taking place while the singer asks, why you wanna go and do me like that?
Not nice!
But the beat is what got me. You can dance to it! Get a nice actifit number from jumping around to this one.
My Activity
today was from movement in between working. At night I took a nice walk under a full moon which was right over me. It was cold out! Mid 40s. But what can you expect in the middle of November?
I also climbed 60 stairs along the way. Stair climbing adds another exercise to just a boring walk, and works slightly different muscles.
