YouTube sent me a music video today from Lisa Beat and The Liars. I had not heard of this Italian guitar based band with a female singer but they gave a cool sound. They are playing Beat music which I think refers to the early to mid 60s sound coming from the UK and the biggest such band was of course The Beatles.
The song Lisa Beat covered in this music video is called Sheena is a Punk Rocker originally by The Ramones in the mid 70s. The video for this is taken from some 60s movie, maybe Liverpool A Go Go as a commenter offered.
Check it out!
The Original
While the cover above is in a swingin' 60s style that would drive the crowd crazy in a Go Go Club in the 60s, the original is a punk classic from the original punks, The Ramones. Dancing to this would be more in a pogo style where you just jump up and down. Try it!
My Activity
was the daily activity necessary to combat a sedentary lifestyle. Getting up to dance to fast music like the Sheena songs above surely helps.
At night I went out for a walk even though it was nearly freezing out there. The ski jacket was donned and a heavy beanie hat topped off the fit. The air was frosty but full of O2. Exhilarating!
The nearly full moon was almost directly above me so I didn't notice it at first. Then I saw how illuminated the nearly midnight streets were, so I craned my neck to find our satellite straight up there. We all share that heavenly body and we all share this one Earth under the one firmament. Let's be neighborly.
Love Thy Neighbor. We're All Neighbors.
Have a Nice Day my friend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
