My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2025

Today I checked my Facebook and saw beautiful pics of Bora Bora where one of my guest bloggers at YouTubeStars Christina Amato is vacationing with her husband Jeremy Spencer who was the drummer for metal band Five Finger Death Punch.

So today I'll feature Christina's Million view YouTube video of her cover of Rihanna's hit song Man Down. I think you'll love her sweet introduction and her fine vocal delivery of this song that was constantly on the radio about 12 years ago. Take it away, Christina!

Here is a popular song by Five Finger Death Punch called Wash It All Away. How popular? Well this YouTube video of it has 370 Million views! It's a Metal tune with a memorable chorus that hooks you in. Check out Jeremy back there on the drums!

My Activity

today was kind of light as I spent part of the day in a dentist's chair getting the old teeth cleaned. Gotta be done regularly, to avoid trouble in the future.

I did lift my dumbbells and did 25 pushups before I went to the dentist.

At night I did not walk! :O Yeah I hardly ever miss it. But I didn't eat much today with the dental work and all, so I was kind of lethargic and didn't feel like bracing the freezing weather. I'll catch my walk tomorrow.
