There is a YouTube channel called ClearValue Tax with 2.55 Million subscribers. That's a lot of subs! Today they're talking about the gold in Fort Knox. Is it really there? Is it really still ours? Is it really audited? How do they audit it?
This is interesting stuff! It was audited but not in a complete way like they used to do in the 80s and before. They didn't count every bar and check a small sample of them to see if they are really solid gold.

for this Tuesday was some mandatory movement during the day to keep the blood and lymph flowing. Can't just sit or lie around all day! I had some personal finance stuff to do on the computer for a few hours and it is smart to take breaks and move.
At night I got ready for my daily nightly walk. It sounded windy out so even though it was in the 50s I put a scarf around my neck and put up my hoodie's hood. That made it comfortable to walk out there.
No full moon sightings today. It has been getting lower on the horizon and if it was out at all, it was behind houses and trees. I took a pretty good path and included some jogging during one stretch where the road went up a hill. So that kind of qualifies as HIIT training since that interval was higher intensity. I also repeated part of the path with another hill just to beef up my training. The final number was approaching 10K; not bad!
