I never knew there was a Big Bang Theory YouTube channel but there is. Not about the opening moments of the universe but about the popular TV sitcom that ran for 12 seasons.

Physics is cool but also hard to understand. You will need years of math courses just to understand the formulas. People with that level of comprehension skills can be quirky at least stereotypically, and if you throw in an also stereotyped blond waitress/aspiring actress you can get some comedy if done right. Apparently this show was done well enough to pay big time TV studio bills for a dozen years.

My Activity
for today started with some bike riding to bump up the heart rate and limber up the muscles so I could follow up directly with my barbell and dumbbell routine. 2 sets of barbell curls, 2 barbell inclined rows, 3 dumbbell shoulder exercises.
At night I took my walk that I plan to do every day. It was warm enough for just the hoodie. No moon was around to reflect sunlight on my path. I took a bit shorter path than usual but still managed to hit almost 6K from the walk. I didn't have the phone with me on the bike ride nor during the weightlifting.
And that's my story for today.
