Today YouTube showed me a video from The Coin Zone channel which is fairly new and small but I like it. This video talks about 3 Bullish indicators for Bitcoin that could pump it to over $150K. It is 5 hours old and has 90 views which isn't bad for a small channel with 11K subscribers. You should watch and subscribe to support crypto YouTubers!

My Activity
for this day was some of those Exercise Snacks I wrote about yesterday. I did "high knees" one time and then the lunge / squat / bicep curls with dumbbells the other time. Try it!

At night I took a walk in nice temps and clear clean air. I went a normal distance and was able to achieve over 7K in my actifit number.
