YouTube showed me an interesting video from The Coin Zone channel today that dropped 9 days ago. It is about Coinbase being sued by the US state of Oregon. I had not heard about this even though I watch a lot of Crypto videos and check news online and on TV. So I think it is good to subscribe to smaller YouTube channels in addition to the big popular ones. In general, get your news on crypto and finance and even politics and religion from several sources if you want to be well informed about important matters.

Oregon, on Crypto
Oregon thinks that their citizens are being exposed to risky investments. But just the smallest amount of time researching anything crypto related will lead you to many warnings about the large risks in crypto including scams and rugpulls and 99% price drops. People need to look into what they are doing with their money. But people should be free to so as they please with their money.
Lotteries
We have state lotteries in the US which is a much much much riskier place to put any money, but it is legal and encouraged with lots of TV commercials which I see all the time here in NC. 99.99999% of the time (an estimate but you get my point) you will lose the entire amount of money you hand over for a lottery ticket. People should still be able to buy lottery tickets if they want. They probably get a thrill from the possible winning ticket they hold in their hand. Crypto gives a similar thrill.
Sports Betting
We can bet on sports now in the US. There are many many ads for sports betting companies on TV and elsewhere, especially during sports games. It is legal and the commercials try to entice you to send your money to them. People should be able to bet on sports if they want. They probably get a thrill from the possibility of winning the bet they make. Crypto gives a similar thrill.
Buy a Thrill, Carefully
Getting a thrill in life is something people are willing to pay for. Think of all the expensive risky behavior people engage in for a thrill. Most of it is legal.
Never invest more in crypto than you are willing to totally lose. Realize that in many cases you are buying a thrill. Think about less risky ways to get a thrill to your wallet and your life. But if you do choose to deal with crypto despite all warnings, the results are on you. I hope you get a thrill. I hope it is worth the price.
My Activity
for the day started out with a long time in my car taking a health aide employed by my family on a necessary trip. That took hours and involved rain storms and a lot of traffic.
In the eve, I took my daily nightly walk. There was no rain but it was threatening so I didn't go that far. I saw a bright half moon in the sky.
I also did some exercise snacks today. I did high knees and squats with dumbbells and curls with dumbbells. I wrote about exercise snacks a few days ago, so go read that if you are wondering what I'm talking about!
