I just opened YouTube to find a video to feature and this one caught my eye. It is a video made by the HistoricusJoe channel for a 60s oldie song called Let's Dance by Chris Montez. The description says the video clips used are all in the public domain. They show people from those days doing the popular moves of the time.
Is your Grandma dancing in this video? Could be! The 60s were 60 years ago. The people you see were maybe in their 20s, so they are in their 80s now. Your grandparents were cool back in their day!
This video from 5 years ago got about 1.4 Million views. What else can I say but Let's Dance!
My Activity
for this Monday was a lot of moving around the house. Lots of things needed to get done and I was happy to be able to assist.
I had planned to lift some weights but it never happened. But at might I did get out for my daily nightly walk. It was not warm, nor cold really, but I did equip the light white hoodie to my non-virtual character. Hood down, zipper down. I took a fairly long walk. Just have a look at my actifit number. Over 12K. I even surprised myself as I didn't think I had that much movement today. But the phone's accelerometer doesn't lie. The phone can't move itself so it must be me that did this! :D
Tomorrow is another busy day helping out around the house and I almost feel like I won't be able to do all I need to do. I need to change my attitude to a more positive one. I will do this!
Wishing Everyone a Great Day!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
