Today YouTube showed me a peppy uptempo synth dance music video by a band that seems to consist of 3 ladies, at least that is who I see in this vid.
The beat is cool, the synths are cool and the women seem pretty cool as well. This video is 4 days old and already has over 18K views. The Automatic channel only has about 6K subscribers but one of them is me. I will check out more of their music when I get a chance.

My Activity
for this Monday was helping around the house and then traveling to feed the cat of a relative on vacation.
I also lifted my dumbbells in a few sets of exercises for the entire body, but mostly arms and shoulders.
I took my regular nightly walk even though it was another very hot night here. I probably could have walked farther but, as I said, the Heat!!! Still I managed 6 and a half K which isn't too bad, especially for a Monday!
That's all for today. Except for this thought based on today's news from a few hours ago when Trump said Iran and Israel would stop their war ...
All we are saying, is give peace a chance!
