I saw a new music video by Emily Linge in my YouTube feed and I had to check it out. Emily covers a song by KD Lang called Constant Craving. I have not heard the original but I think KD Lang is a Country Music artist and this song sounds a bit like that.
Emily Linge has 542K YouTube subscribers! That's over half a Million, which is awesome for someone who just records cover songs (mostly) at home. This video is out 3 days now and has 202K views!
Emily is in a maroon dress with maroon sneakers, sitting on a speaker, playing her acoustic guitar. There is another guitarist on the track and we hear drums and a synth as well. The song is mid tempo and seems a bit sad, but Emily does a great job making it worth a listen.
Do you now this song? Do you know KD Lang? I'm not a big Country Music fan but I have heard her name. I am a guitar fan, and this has that!

My Activity
for this Saturday was mainly household chores. I didn't get out much until the eve.
At that time I went for my regular daily nightly walk. The mon is continuing in its increasing fullness. I'd say it is about 3/4 full tonight. It lit my way on an average length trek. The temp as upper 70s and there was a bit of a breeze. I waited until the fireworkers were done. Hopefully everyone has shot their last shot by now. I'm tired of the loud booms.
I hope you're having a great weekend. In the US it is Independence Day weekend and we had a nice 3 day weekend. We can all be reminded that it is good to be somewhat Free, and that sometimes you have to change your form of governance when you find the current one to be overbearing.
