Horrible traffic. Most days, I spend at least an hour or more trying to get home! 🥲
Hey everyone, I hope your Tuesday is good. This week was the first week that both my kiddos are back at school. Chapati has to go to school one week and then stay home another week. Murtabak on the other hand is back at kindergarten fully including day care.
After so many many many months of being locked down at home, adjusting to the changes again has been tough! We couldn't find their school uniforms, the special school socks that we got for Chapati, stationery was also missing and prepping for school lunches was going to be a pain in the ass. So far we have survived and today is Day 2! Well actually I must say that hubby has survived because he usually preps the kids for school as I am out of the house even before they wake up. Hubby also drives them around and picks them up. I would not be able to make it on time to pick them up as I work in town and only finish work at 6 pm. (Which is hardly ever...)
No we didn't get to go on our bike rides on Sunday, Monday and today. The weather has been rather bad as well as it rain almost every evening. This also causes really bad traffic and speaking about traffic, everything is back to NORMAL! I really miss the lockdown traffic, if only we could have lockdown traffic but no lockdown?
I hope the weather holds out tomorrow so we can go on our night rides to the park nearby our home. A couple of days without exercise and I feel strange already. My knee over the last week has been giving pain because some how even the slight angle would pull my knee out of place and cause me momentary excruciating pain. Sometimes for a very short while which leave me a little breathless and other times, I scream in agony. Yes, I do need to make another appointment to see my physiotherapist and continue with my treatment.
