I regretfully missed an activity yesterday because I had to go to the city hall to register for a national ID. The process takes way longer than necessary because of the safety measure to protect the registrant from Covid-19.
To make up for it, I doubled my effort today which allows me to get 10,000 activity points.
Anyways, today I went to the usual park just a few kilometers from home by walking. But since it was raining (again) when I woke up, I have to wait a little bit for the rain to settle down before I could start hence why I had a late start.
After arriving at the park, I start with a jog followed by running. I repeated the process several times until I ran out of stamina. Once rested enough I started walking home.
Back at home I did some house chores and aerobics until I got 10,000 points. After that I did some cooling exercises before writing this report. That is all.
