My ankle finally healed! Well, not completely but it healed enough that walking and jogging was no longer painful. Speaking of jogging; I jogged quite a bit today. Moreover, from the looks of it; I could probably do a bit of running tomorrow.
Now as for my other activities; it composed of aerobics, stretching, walking and house chores. Yeah, with the exception of running, I'm almost back to my daily routine.
Also, since I was able to jog, my performance improved a lot in comparison to the previous days. This goes to show that jogging and running plays a big role in getting good scores.
