The sky is overcast today but no matter, as long as it didn't rain, I'm fine with it. Still, since I'm worried that it might suddenly rain, I decided to just use the empty field just across the street from my house. Grass are growing there now but it's still usable.
Anyhow, I started my day with some aerobics and stretching; this serves as my warm up exercises. I then went to the not so empty sugarcane field in front of my house and did several laps (of jogging and running) around said field. And whenever I get tired, I would just walk around till I recover some of my stamina.
And that's all for today's activities. Yes, it's just my usual routine but since I'm already comfortable with it, I won't be changing anything anytime soon. Anyways, till next time.
