We got another fine weather today. What's even better was that I didn't overslept. Well, I don't really have much of a choice on the matter since my online job and school works requires me to start early. Anyway, I digress...
Today's activities consisted mostly of the usual routine of aerobics, stretching, walking, jogging, and running. Both aerobics and stretching keeps my body healthy, flexible, and in shape so I love including the two to my routine. Walking, jogging, and running not only increases stamina, burn a lot of calories but also keeps the heart healthy.
Barring unexpected circumstances, these five exercise activities would always be included in my daily routine. That said, I'll probably add some other activities from time to time as well to spice things up but the five would always be the core of my exercise routine.
