I typically do some kind of workout each morning: stretching, resistance bands, dumbells, dancing, etc. Today I dove straight into household and homestead chores and projects. Although I knew I'd be doing plenty of walking throughout the day, I put extra effort into everyday tasks.
Worked my arms while grinding coffee (old fashioned manual grinder) — being sure to use each arm — and again while punching a bulky comforter into a 5 gallon bucket of soapy water. Just doing laundry in general is a mini-workout when everything is done by hand including pumping water from a manual pump. In the picture — my "laundry room."
Spent much of the afternoon moving more tools to old RV (back & forth again and again) and mowing. Pushing a reel mower is real exercise!
