My activities consisted of a whole day of interval training. The rest intervals were spent hydrating while engaging in light "swipe & tap" exercises (playing on phone).
The heavier workout intervals included a few rounds each of:
🔸Pump & Plunge
(washing laundry by hand)
🔸Reach & Stretch
(hanging laundry on line)
🔸Pump & Carry
(watering garden by hand)
🔸Bend & Stretch & Squats
(harvesting veggies)
These intervals also involved strength training. I lifted light (empty buckets), medium (veggies), and heavy (full water buckets).
Then for good measure there were some short walks that included high stepping (through the weeds), speed walking (needed to pee), weighted walking (carrying bags from truck), and some sidestepping (to avoid a snake).
Oh, there were also some combo moves incorporating squats, stretches, light lifting, and some underhand tosses (feeding the chickens). And let's not forget the uncoordinated windmills (swatting at cobwebs & wasps in chicken coop).
Quite the workout. Time for an extended "swipe & tap" rest period.
