After a few weeks without a phone I find that I tend to set my phone down and walk away more frequently than before. The downside is that I miss out recording a lot of my Actifit-worthy activities.
However, today I kept phone in hand enough to register at least 5000 steps. Did a few microworkouts, some walking, and just general moving around doing chores.
Spent the evening at the park where the local PTO held a free movie night for students. I noticed most of the kids played while us parents and grandparents lounged in the grass watching the movie.
