Spent the early part of the day on the farm tending chickens and the remnants of my garden. Took three go rounds to get all the okra. It's not that there a lot of plants, it's just that I kept missing both hidden and plainly obvious pieces of okra on my first two passes.
Had to make multiple trips to find, fill, and refill the chicken's water. They seemed to be having a competition to see who could empty the water containers fastest and then kick them the furthest from the door.
After a few false starts (going back for forgotten items) I finally got the truck loaded to come over for my childcare/housekeeping job for the next few days. Then discovered I still managed to leave my earbuds behind.
Got a lot of microworkouts (dumbbells, bands, ab roller) in between homestead chores but most of my Actifit activity came from those frequent little trips to the coop, garden, and out to my truck.
