Hello there, today I decided to start a challenge of 10 days. I see it more as testing myself, I didn't limit myself to time, one day yes. In addition to work and today's 10 personal training sessions during the breaks, I decided to complete 300 push-ups, 300 squats and 300 sit-ups for the whole day. Without additional resistance, of course. I succeeded in that. A productive day, I feel even more fulfilled and I will try to make it work tomorrow as well. Try it, test yourself, if not with these numbers, maybe with others.
