Weather report
10k activities already saying it all right? Well I can consider the day as productive one because I had good walk though it was indoor not outdoor.
Weather was good enough but today I'm not feeling well for headache and lack of sleeping. I need a long hours sleep without any noise. To avoid noise of outside I cover my ear with the blanket when sleep.
Need to start morning walk again. Though I may take break like 2 days off for walk and 5 days in a week I'll go for walk. 2 days are reserved for fasting and 5 days will be for routine walk in this winter.
Stairs climbing is not a fun specially when we carry overweight. I don't get tired but I only climb six pair of stairs at least twice a day. I don't carry my phone at that moment so that activities doesnβt included to my activities number.
Anyway, I may take day nap or a early night sleep. Lacking of sleep never allow us to do something productive for long time. It is as necessary as we need food to live. A balanced life is always a smart and better life. And the balance should be maintained.
