Hello friends and a happy Sunday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for today's activities - and I barely made it. Honestly I didn't think I would but a short bike ride got me close enough to get over the 5000 step-count!
So that all being said I did not take too many photos, bit I would like to share the few I did take!
So these first photos are of the Plumaria plants over at the old house. And also, this is why the Pink ones had me so excited!
This is a few photos of a plant that is in the ground and it has the normal flowers that I have seen here every year - yellow and white,
And another branch from this plant,
Beautiful to be sure, but the plain - it normal yellow and white.
Now this was plant transplanted into a very large pot on the deck and first year - pink and yellow!
There must be some sort of soil difference, and very possible as out here in most places a few inches down is sand!
After finishing feeding animals at the old house I came home and caught an Anole hanging around my English Ivy plant.
I made a few photos and experimented a little. Here is the first giving me the side eye,
And the second - looking where to jump to,
In the afternoon I did head out on the bike around the neighborhood to get the steps up, and what I didn't mention is...
The Corpus Christi "Beach to Bay" Marathon runs literally past the end of my street. Since there is a grassy area there as well they use it
It looks like a "Skid O' Can" parking lot!
And another remnant of the Marathon, the "digital counter"...
Interesting to note this was strategically located across from the local "Cell Tower",
And leaving there and heading down the street to go home I also caught the Sun going down in the West,
At this point I was a little below the 5000 steps and a few house chores got me over the mark!
