I played three rounds of nine basket disc golf at the local course. Two of them were with my son and one was by myself. I used a full bag of twenty one discs on one of the rounds and used three discs on the others.
On both of the rounds that I played with my son I scored a -1. One was with the full bag and the other with three discs. On a short easy course you really don't need that many different discs. It is fun to have them all with you though.
When I played by myself I scored a +1 playing with three discs. It was just after the rain had stopped and conditions were kind of wet. It is a lot harder to throw well with wet discs, especially if you don't have a rag.
Having a full bag is very helpful on the other eighteen hole course we play a lot because of the difficulty from additional trees and water hazards. Windy or wet conditions can make a difference as well and having specific discs for things can add up fast.
As usual I walked the puppy too and did some things around the house.
