It was raining a lot today. I could have gone outside during the rain breaks but it was a bit chilly too. I decided to just pace around the house for my steps.
During the evening the sun came out a bit so I took a couple of photos:
Tomorrow I hope that the weather is a bit nicer, my friend wanted to go play disc golf. We have not played together for some time so I would like to see him. This time of year it can be hard to do things outside though.
I entertained myself today by building the Koinos Miner from source code on the Raspberry Pi and I got that mining. It seems to be working but time will tell. I have it submitting hashes once per day to save on the ETH fees so it will be awhile before I really know if it is working or not.
I had a lot of issues getting it to work with the deb file they provided but the source seems to have built okay except the menu is missing. (I wasn't using that anyway.)
The Pi is running full out and maintaining 65C with the fan on low. I'm getting around 1.8 MH/s. Not bad for around 15 watts of power.
This frees up my main machine nicely and I can use my media server anytime without plugging it in. The media server running on the Pi does not change the Koinos Miner hash rate much.
