It was a bit cooler with some very light rain today. My son and I played a round of disc golf at our favorite eighteen hole course. We both had a +7 score. I was thinking that for both wind and rain that was kind of expected but I usually do much better. My son was really disappointed with his score. He's been a bit discouraged since his loss of two discs recently.
I'm still a bit tender in my arm so I'm not throwing very hard and giving it extra time to rest up. It is nothing too painful so I know it will be just fine if I continue to back off a bit.
I find it very helpful to throw lighter discs and less stable ones when trying to take it easier on my arm. This makes it harder to play in the wind though. I do carry some max weight discs for those headwind occasions but I don't throw them much.

I managed to pick up some more Cardano on the recent dip. I almost sold it back after the recent rise but I'm more of a hodler.
