I just did some pacing around today. It was very icy this morning and I tried to remove some of the ice from the walkway but it proved to be too much. I didn't have any salt so I figured it was just best to leave it alone and not fall on it.
This evening it is all slushy and melting so no worries. I'm glad no delivery person tried to walk over it today.
It is supposed to get warmer and start raining this weekend so perhaps this will all wash away. I've been wanting to get back outside and do some disc golf but it has been good to give my arm a rest.
I've heard that if your arm is constantly overused it is best to try to change your form and throw with your legs and core more. I'm going to focus more on that when I start playing again and try not to use my arm so much.
The thousand-piece puzzle pieces:
(I was trying to capture some of the glitter sparkle effects on the pieces but it is difficult to show.)
Doggie is looking increasingly stir-crazy:
I'm sure he would like to get out more too. He doesn't like the ice at all and is worse about walking on it than I am.
