I did a short walk today and some stretching. It was a nice day with some occasional sunshine. I rode my e-bike down to the store for a few groceries. It was tempting to take the new EV, but I had not used my e-bike for some time, and I felt like taking advantage of the nice weather.
I've been a bit tired and trying not to do much because of my arm. I think I should do some longer walking or something, though.
