I did a short walk this morning with Doggie. He just has to have that daily walk, and he did his usual swim in the pond at the park. It hasn't been raining that much, so the pond is getting dried up a bit.
I worked on my arm a lot and did a bunch of the exercises that I saw on YouTube videos for shoulder issues.
