So, it’s Friday. I’d like to do sort of introduction to my story of a tennis player.
First of all, I’m not 20, 30 nor 40 anymore. But here is what Ii’ve learned through my life. It’s the privilege to go to bed at night tired. I’m talking about is getting physically tired not mentally. As daily life is getting more and more demanding and stressful, we’re getting tired mentally. It’s our work, jobs and everyday chores which put lot of stress on us. This is not the fatigue you wanna experience before you go sleep. That’s why you need to do any physical activity. Physical tiredness flushed out the mental one from our system. It doesn’t matter if it is on professional level as an athlete or just for fun...
