Yesterday was all about movement and productivity! I reached 10,255 steps, mostly from cleaning my brother’s house and doing laundry—who knew chores could be such a workout? But the real fun came in the afternoon when I played badminton with my cousin. It’s amazing how a simple game can turn into a full-body exercise, leaving me energized and sweaty.
I love days like this because they remind me that staying active doesn’t always mean hitting the gym. Sometimes, it’s about making the most of everyday tasks and turning playtime into fitness time.
