Busy day blending chores and movement! Cooked meals from scratch, tackled dishes, and powered through laundry. Stepped out for groceries, weaving in extra steps at the market. Clocked 10K+ steps, mostly from walking errands and short bursts around the house. Energy stayed high—maybe the fresh air helped! No gym, but daily life kept me active. Sleep was solid, waking up refreshed. Grateful for small wins and the rhythm of routine. Here’s to another day of motion and progress!
