I woke up in the morning and went for a walk. I walked about a kilometer. After finishing the walk, I went to a tea shop. I had a cup of tea with a biscuit. When I got home, I freshened up and went to the work site and worked there until noon. After finishing work, I came home and rested and went to the rubber plantation with my friends in the afternoon. I walked for about 2 hours. I went to the gym at night and finished my exercise and came home. Although today was a bit hectic, I enjoyed it very much. When I go for a walk in the morning and afternoon, both my body and mind are good.
