I would not have realized the benefits of walking if I had not walked every day. Walking in the morning is good for both body and mind. Like every day, I went out for a walk today too. The light morning mist and dewy grass felt very nice. I spent the morning exercising and meditating. In the afternoon, I played badminton with friends. Then I went to the market on my bicycle. This is how another day passed.
