Hello Actifitters,
Today was again a gorgeous day in Michigan, sunny with mild temperatures. We changed it up a bit again. For once I got up earlier than usual, still not early but earlier... And with the temperature still under 70, it was perfect for a morning walk with the dog. For Genepi, it doesn't matter, whatever the time, he'll find natural obstacles to climb on for a better vantage point, so he can spot deers and other wildlife.
I also went for a short 3mile run, to test my calf and of course take advantage of the perfect temperature just before dark. Surprisingly, it was not painful at all (I think it was one of my fastest runs this year actually, granted it was only 3 miles), even if I could feel something was not quite right yet. And now, it feels fine, so we'll see tomorrow. I'll probably stay off running till this week end anyways.
