Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday we tried to take it easy because my legs started getting really sore from Saturday race. So we just went for a slow but long walk with Kaia. Once again, the main destination was our forest.
Rain was in the forecast, I guess that scared off people, because we were the only one in the forest. Good news for Kaia who could stay off-leash.
She was on the prowl, and chased plenty of critters.
But this cute one was way too fast for her, she didn't stand a chance.
I find this daffodil at the same location every year. Always strange to me how it stands there by itself.
Much later in the day, after the rain, I decided to go for another slow walk, in the hopes it would help for my sore legs. I didn't want to think too much about where to go though, so we just went back to the forest. Same thing, just a darker sky, and muddier trails.
