Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day, but because of work and I guess a bit of my usual laziness, we stayed in the routine with our daily walk only starting just before sunset.
Kaia was ready to explore the small forest.
But I knew Le Chat was hiding/sleeping somewhere, so we just went quickly to the bigger forest. The last section before the entrance is still somewhat colorful in spite of most of the leaves being on the ground already.
Plenty of colors at the entrance too.
We walked along the trails looking for the best remaining fall colors.
Even unintentionally, Kaia often finds a way to be a great model. Climbing on trees to find critters to chase is one her great poses.
I followed her as she went through the trails, almost randomly, but I'm sure she followed interesting scents.
Until it got really dark and she instinctively knew it was time to get out of the forest and walk back home with a couple detours in the neighborhood.
Well, in spite of the sunny weather, this wasn't my most active day and I barely made it to 15k steps. Let's see if I can crank up the activity this coming week end. I know I have a lot of work in the yard, but I also know I really don't feel like doing it...
