Hello, Happy and blessed day again friends, yesterday I took the day to rest with family... Today I am really happy, I started the classes today we did aerobics and a Zumba class, it was incredible to do exercises it really changes my mood, I need a few more days of rest due to oral surgery but the The Zumba class was low-impact, I don't know. It's the gum this time 😅 in the afternoon we went to the violin class again and I don't know what happens these days because it always rains in the afternoons
Less than an hour after we got to the music conservatory the sky was dark, it rained a little today! We still manage to get our activities done and walk home after shopping for dinner
